Wildcats outscore New Hampstead, 28-26

Richmond Hill High School beat visiting New Hampstead 28-26 on Friday in a non-region football game.

 Wildcat Nick Bliss scored all four touchdowns and had 87 all-purpose yards for Richmond Hill to earn Plantation Lumber & Hardware Player of the Game honors.

 The win improved the Wildcats to 4-1 overall while New Hampstead from Region 3-4A fell to 2-2.

Representing Richmond Hill Middle School, eighth-grader Makayla Champion placed 5th in the Junior Angler Division (solo) at Georgia BASS Nation on Saturday, March 8th. The tournament was hosted at Lake Seminole, Georgia.
