The Richmond Hill High School Lady Wildcats have become the region champions for the third year in a row. 

The Lady Wildcats were the Region 1-7A champions the last two seasons (2022, 2023) and, with the restructuring of GHSA regions, are now the Region 1-6A champions.

The team grabbed their region title-clutching win against the Camden County Lady Wildcats in Moultrie, Georgia.

Richmond Hill made the 177-mile trip to Colquitt County High School and came away with a 2-1 win.

Camden County would win the first set 25-23, narrowly edging out Richmond Hill. 

However, Richmond Hill would go on to win the final two sets 25-22 and 15-4, respectively, to secure the region title once again.
