The following is a letter from Richmond Hill High School coach William Altman to potential sponsors regarding this year’s RHHS basketball camp.
Dear Sponsor:
The third annual Richmond Hill High School Basketball camp will be held May 24–26 at the RHHS Gym. We are expecting at least 100 campers to attend this years’ camp. Over 60 participated in last year’s camp and we are excited about the addition of girls to our camp for this year. We are currently asking for sponsors to donate money to help support the initial cost of running the camp. Our fundraiser will help with getting our youth involved in playing basketball and hopefully will inspire a love and commitment to playing basketball. Every camper will receive a camp T-Shirt with a list of sponsors on the back of the T-Shirt.
Sponsoring our camp will be a great way to advertise your business and also to take part in giving back to our community. We are asking that sponsors give a donation of $100. Sponsors will have their business name or logo listed on the back of the camp T-Shirt. Logos must be sent to waltman@bryan.k12.ga.us by May 24th in order for me to get them printed on the back of the camp shirt. Money does not have to be sent in right away. All I will need is a confirmation that you plan on being a sponsor and you can mail your donation at the most convenient time possible for your business.
