The Richmond Hill Garden Club’s April 2025 Yard of the Month is 210 Fair View Drive in the Sterling Links Subdivision. The owners are Gina and Phillip Jablonski.

The Jablonskis have lived in Richmond Hill for 15 years, having been transferred here from Ohio.

People on Fair View Drive are accustomed to seeing Gina mowing her lawn, spreading pine straw and tending her shrubbery and flowers. She says that gardening is therapy and exercise at the same time.

Gina’s perfectionism shines through into her beautiful landscape, from the inviting front porch surrounded by beds filled with roses, palms and hibiscus to several beds throughout the yard.

The front yard is just the beginning. The Jablonskis are in the midst of transforming their small back yard into a beach themed paradise. A pool has already been installed, with an emphasis on lounging and sunning. A garden shed, a dream for any gardener, is also in place. In the future, an outdoor fireplace will flank the pool.

Congratulations to the Jablonskis for doing their part to keep their neighborhood beautiful!

The Richmond Hill Garden Club meets the second Wednesday of the month at the Wetlands Center in J.F. Gregory Park.
