The Richmond Hill Fire Department will hold its 4th Annual Spring Fling on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at J.F. Gregory Park.
This free-admission event will feature a dozen food trucks, over 30 local vendors, classic car show, cornhole tournament, touch-a-truck, entertainment from the BoonDockers, Josa Johansen and local groups, local celebrity “Kiss the Pig” challenge, and kids activities including Axe’s Inflatable Playground, rock wall, dunk tank and trackless train rides. Sponsored by Bocook Realty.
The net funds raised are returned back to the community throughout the year to help families in financial need. Funds from previous years have helped numerous families put Christmas presents under the tree and have also paid medical bills for families with children undergoing cancer treatment. A portion of funds raised this year will be donated to the families affected by the tragic tornado in North Bryan County earlier this month.
Free parking in the field in the back of J.F. Gregory Park; and in the Kingston Building parking lot, located at the corner of Cedar Street and Richard Davis Drive (before entering J.F. Gregory Park). Handicap parking is located at the first right turn upon entering J.F. Gregory Park.
