Jackie and David Frost have won the Richmond Hill Garden Club’s Yard of the Month for August.  
Pulling into their charming Kinsale home, you are greeted by three of the cutest goats imaginable. There are beautiful hanging baskets of bubble gum super petunias, flowering 3-mums, lovely loquats and many other plants and trees.  

The club extends their congratulations to the Frosts for making their neighborhood a more beautiful place.
