The Exchange Club of Richmond Hill recently honored the top public safety officers from each agency in South Bryan.

The winners were Randy Edmondson, Bryan County Firefighter of the Year; Daniel Dixon, Bryan County Paramedic of the Year; Det. Donnie Routh, Richmond Hill Police Officer of the Year; Ernesto Nieves, Bryan County Sheriff’s Deputy of the Year; Christian Alexander, Richmond Hill Firefighter of the Year; and Nichole Hadden, Bryan County 911 Dispatcher of the Year.

The Exchange Club has been giving out the annual awards since 1990.

“All of these recipients, and the other public safety personnel they represent are owed a sincere thank you from the citizens they serve and protect,” said club member Lynn Bennett.
