Bryan County Fire and Emergency Services Firefighter/EMTB Matt Fleming has been named the “Employee of the Quarter” for the first quarter of 2019, Chief Freddy Howell announced Friday. 

 Fleming was nominated by several BCES members and below are direct quotes from those who nominated him.
