The Savannah-based urgent care clinic ExperCare has officially marked its first foray into primary care at south Bryan with a ribbon cutting on August 27.

Richmond Hill's ExperCare’s location was first established in 2009, with ExperCare now featuring a total of thirteen locations across south Georgia and Alabama. Richmond Hill’s ExperCare clinic is located on 60 Exchange St., Suite B-7 and is open seven days a week.

A host of guest speakers spoke at Tuesday’s ribbon cutting, including Mayor Russ Carpenter, Bryan County Commissioner Chairman Carter Infinger, and U.S. House Representative Buddy Carter (R-GA).

Catherine Grant, the founder and CEO of ExperCare, shared her excitement at being able to bring the clinic’s "on-demand" primary care services to a growing population in Richmond Hill.

“I am just so overwhelmingly grateful for the opportunity to take what we’ve built for the last 15 years in urgent care and expand that same core values of service and excellent customer service quality to preventative health care,” said Grant.

Dr. Keith Seibert, the Director of Pediatrics and Preventative Health at ExperCare, explained that at ExperCare, the goal is to ensure greater accessibility to quality healthcare for all patients.

“We’re excited to create a model that allows people to access healthcare the same way that our own families access healthcare," said Seibert, who previously worked at SouthCoast Health in Richmond Hill.

“If my daughter had an illness this morning or needed a vaccine to go to school, she wouldn’t wait two months from now, I would arrange care today for her.”

“We want to provide that same level of access and efficient care for our patients that we would bring to our own children.”
