The Bryan County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Tuesday to apply for a nearly $4.5 million loan from Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority (GEFA) for the county’s water and sewer project in South Bryan.
During the board’s regular meeting at the courthouse in Pembroke, Chris Stovall with Thomas and Hutton Engineering told commissioners that environmental permits were nearly in order and the project was in the funding stage.
