MACON — The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors met April 20 and voted to accept cease and desist orders for unlicensed practice, including in Bryan County and some surrounding areas, for the following:
• Charles Scott Hood, Americus
• Jimmy Burnette, Barnesville
• Mark A. Douglas, Jonesboro
• Joe Carol Godwin, Lenox
• Franklin Douglas Williams, Metter
• John Wesley Thomason, Sharpsburg
• Jerry Lyles, Soperton
• Gary Len Aldridge, Thomasville
• Dan Moss, Tybee Island
The board voted to accept the following consent orders for violation of a previously issued cease and desist order:
• David Allen Games, Richmond Hill: $10,000 fine
• Danny Lanier Pruitt, Jr., Dawsonville: $1,000 fine
The Board voted to accept the following consent order for violation of a previously issued board order:
• Homer Lee Miller, Valdosta: $1,000.00 fine and 24 months probation
The Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board Division of Conditioned Air Contractors will meet next at 9 a.m. Aug. 3 at the Professional Licensing Boards Division office in Macon.
