Update on Ms. Karla Hillen

This is still an active and ongoing investigation. As of this time, Ft. McAllister has been searched multiple times by foot, on water, with K9, and in the air. Bryan County Sheriff's Office is currently coordinating what our next steps will be and meeting with additional resources.

We want to thank everyone for their continued assistance and concern for Ms. Hillen. We all want to reunite her safety with her family. If anyone has any recent information that would help assist in this investigation, please contact the Bryan County Sheriff's Office.

The Bryan County Sheriff's Office is  continuing its search for Karla Hillen, 58. 

Hillen was last seen in the area of Fort McAllister Road. If you see her contact the Bryan County Sheriff's Office at 912-756-3101.
