Warrant executed
A man with a warrant (misdemeanor) out of Bryan County turns himself in at Candler County Sheriff ’s Office.
Domestic dispute
A deputy responds to a residence about a couple’s dispute from the night prior.
No driver’s license, tag lights
A deputy performs a traffic stop on a black Mazda 3 for a nonfunctioning tag light during nighttime conditions. driver found with no valid driver’s license.
Suspended license, improper passing
A deputy was instructing traffic in the area of Hwy 280 and I-16 Westbound when a white Jeep Cherokee attempted to go around the initial stopped vehicle and orange barrels; driver found with suspended license.
Speeding, no insurance, expired registration A red Toyota Camry was traveling 70 mph in a 45 mph zone. Driver was found to not have a valid driver’s license, nor proper insurance or registration.
Damage to property
A deputy dispatched to the intersection of Hwy 144 and Clarkstown Road; man reports that he was traveling south on Interstate 95 when the vehicle in front of him swerved off the road and quickly returned to its lane. when the vehicle swerved off the road it caused an unknown object to hit his windshield, cracking it in three places.

A deputy responds to Hwy 17 Northbound, in reference to a hit-and-run incident. A man reports that his car’s driver’s side vehicle was struck by another car.
Verbal dispute
A deputy responds to a physical domestic incident at a residence.

Sargeant reports damage to the car windshield while traveling west on Highway 280, while on patrol.
Lost/mislaid property
Bryan County Deputies were dispatched to Daniel Defense in reference to lost equipment.
Abandoned vehicle
A 2003 gold Volvo XC70 was parked in the lane of traffic near 1528 Daniel Sliding Loop Road. The owner could not be reached via telephone, and the car was towed.
Theft, automobile
Woman reports that her wallet and car keys were missing from her vehicle. A report was made.
Lost/mislaid property
Deputy responds to the intersection of Belfast Keller Road and Davis Road regarding a lost firearm in the roadway. A black .38 Magnum was found on the side of the roadway on Davis Rd. The firearm was secured inside the patrol vehicle; sent to Bryan County property/evidence for safekeeping.
Driving with suspended license
Deputy was patrolling Highway 17 North/Interstate 95 when a gold Honda Accord drove by; its tag number, via GCIC, indicated that the registered driver had a suspended license.
Card fraud, financial transaction
Man informs the deputy that an unknown person opened an account with DirecTV using his personal information.
Theft by taking - felony
Deputies dispatched to the Hyundai MegaSite for a possible theft. Man working with Hyojin America, Inc. reports that two men driving an older model White two-door Ford F150 long bed truck loaded approximately #3,000 to $4,000 worth of rolled copper wire in the back of their truck and drove off with it. The complainant provided a thumb drive of surveillance clips of both male subjects. A report was filed.
Burglary, 2nd Degree (felony); Criminal Damage to Property - 2nd Degree A damage-to-property incident was reported at the Richmond Hill Recreation Center. The Lead Maintenance Person at the Rec Center said that staff saw damage to the main door of the concession stand serving fields 9-12. The lower half of the door was bent approximately three inches and bore a muddy shoe print.
Additionally, the server window on the Field 11 side was ajar, with signs that an unidentified person forcibly pushed the lower window past the sill and lock before being slid open.
