Novare Group and BCDC have started their 37th joint-venture project, a 302-unit luxury apartment community on more than 26 acres in Richmond Hill, according to an announcement Friday.
The residences will be on Heartwood Avenue just off Belfast Keller Road. They are the multi-family component of Heartwood at Richmond Hill, a 7,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use community by Raydient.
“Novare Group and BCDC are thrilled to partner with Raydient, which is thoughtfully creating an incredible destination in Richmond Hill,” said Novare Group CEO Jim Borders. “The historic town transformed by Henry Ford is close to Savannah, offering a coastal lifestyle in close proximity to one of the principal economic engines of the southeastern United States.”
“Our project will be at the forefront of Richmond Hill’s growth corridor at the newly constructed interchange at I-95,” said Litt Glover, president and CEO of BCDC. “It is a great site, and we have an experienced and efficient team led by Jim Borders and Novare Group.”
The Humphreys & Partners Architects-designed community will feature luxury finishes and resort-style community amenities, including a pool with cabanas, an outdoor amenity deck with kitchen space, a fire pit, and a fitness center. The property will also feature flexible workspace, a dog park, detached parking garages, carports and a gated front entry.
Trustmark National Bank and Atlantic Union Bank are providing financing. Classic Plains is the general contractor, with the delivery of the first units anticipated in the third quarter of 2024.
