What do you feel is your greatest achievement? My children. I am proud of the four of them for their accomplishments. Their successes makes me a success.
What, to you, is perfect happiness? Seeing my children become a success and exceed my own accomplishments.
What one material possession would you save in the event of a fire (assuming your family was safe)? My guns.
What's the best advice you've ever been given? To look at whatever troubles you may have, discard the ones you can do nothing about and do your very best at overcoming the others.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? To be more open-minded. Sometimes I get tunnel vision when on a project.
What is your greatest fear? Failing my family.
What is your greatest extravagance? Spending money on hunting dues and supplies.
If money weren't an object, how would you spend your time? Volunteering in the community, but spending a whole lot of time with my grandkids as well.
What is y our favorite thing about yourself? My willingness to serve the community.
What trait do you most admire in another person? Honesty and being straightforward. If you don't like something or someone tell them and move on.
What trait do you most deplore in another person? Being two-faced. I would much rather you just tell me the problem and we see if we can correct it.
Who are your favorite musicians? It varies. Van Zant and the Eagles.
What are your favorite books? Suspense and westerns.
What talent would you most like to have? To play the piano.
