Rachel Conner of Richmond Hill has been selected for membership in the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society local chapter at Georgia Southern University.
Conner is majoring in history and psychology and is expected to graduate in December 2012. She is the daughter of Matt and Tami Conner and was homeschooled in Richmond Hill.
Students qualify on the basis of academic achievement. Prospective members must have completed a minimum of 30 semester hours at an accredited college or university while maintaining a 3.30 cumulative grade point average or a scholastic ranking within the top 15 percent of their class.
