Personal:
I grew up in Pembroke and graduated high school from BCHS in 2000. I lived in Statesboro for eight years after I graduated high school and I currently live in Ellabell.
Professional Background:
I attended Georgia Southern University and received my bachelors degree in secondary mathematics education, my masters degree in secondary mathematics education and I am currently pursuing my specialist degree in teaching and learning.
I have been teaching for four years, all four years have been at BCHS. I teach Mathematics I and Mathematics II.
What made you choose to get into teaching?
I love teaching. I have always loved to help others and teaching is one way I knew I could do that. Mathematics has always been my favorite subject and I love teaching mathematics to students each and every day.
How do you like teaching in Bryan County Schools?
I love it! The school system is great!
